Return, Exchange & Refund

Please read the following before placing your order.

3-Day Returns

Days Window

Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery. Requests after 3 days will not be accepted.

Size Exchange

Ordered the wrong size? Get ONE SIZE EXCHANGE on eligible orders, subject to stock availability (same product only). An exchange handling fee of ₹100 applies.

Returns

A ₹249 return charge per product will be deducted from your refund. Products must pass inspection upon arrival at MORLAI.

Prepaid Refunds

For eligible prepaid returns, refunds are credited to your original payment method after quality check approval and deducting the ₹249 return fee.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Returns

Refunds for COD returns are issued as MORLAI Store Credit after deducting the ₹249 return charge.

Valid for 90 days from the date of issue
Redeemable on all future MORLAI online purchases
Non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

Product Condition

All returned items must be in pristine condition:

Unworn Unwashed Unaltered Tags Attached

* Items with stains, makeup marks, damage, odours, missing tags, or signs of wear will be rejected.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Hours Notice Required

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and clear photo/video proof for an immediate resolution.

Important Policy Provisions

Sale & Clearance: Sale or promotional items are final sale and non-returnable unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.
RTO / Refused Deliveries: Refused or returned-to-origin shipments may incur deductions for logistics costs from eligible refunds.
Final Inspection: All returns remain subject to quality verification and final approval by MORLAI.
